Physical Items:

Returns and exchanges - 30 days

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

Conditions of return

  • Customer can return or exchange unused items within 14 days of delivery.
  • For damaged or defective items, customer must return item within 30 days of delivery.
  • Customer is responsible for loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition (If the item is being returned due to defects, please contact us prior to returning).
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Digital Items:

Digital items aren't eligible for returns or exchanges because of the nature of these items. If the customer is experiencing issues with a digital product, please contact us and we will be happy to help!
